We recently hired Sasha to renovate our outdated 70’s style basement. I had a vision of a modern and bright space and Sasha and his team brought it to life in more ways than I can describe. Sasha recently completed a backyard deck for us. We were truly impressed with the level of professionalism he brought to every aspect of the project. From being punctual and reliable and communicative about timelines to the speed and quality of work – this all resulted in our project turning out wonderfully! He even helped (on short notice) with some other unfinished projects we had indoors! He really looked closely at the total picture when he completed our projects, even changing the placement of our eavestrough so that it would route water away from our new deck and preserve the integrity of it longterm. Sasha and his team did a great quality job when they renovated our basement bathroom and updated the kitchen shelves. He is a perfectionist in his work and always shows up on time or even early. He went above and beyond on many occasions to make sure you got the best products even if it meant driving to Leamington himself for wooden posts! He went above and beyond the parameters of the projects at hand on many occasions. During the basement renovation for instance, he added new tap handles to my laundry sinks after noticing they were in poor condition! It was things like this that made you know that he always stepped back and looked at the big picture – how the entire area could be more functional instead of just completing the bare minimum, or what HE would do were it his own house. As is the case with many projects, new ideas would often occur, like deciding to add in an electric fireplace in our case. Sasha was always open to suggestions and ideas such as these and would find a way to make it happen for you. That sort of flexibility really made you feel comfortable in asking and overall contributed to a renovation that everyone was and is proud of. He was always punctual and met timelines in a way that you don’t often see these days. I would not hesitate to recommend Sasha to my own family and friends for any projects that they might be considering, large or small. I can say with all honesty that Sasha has been the finest and most trustworthy contractor that I have ever had the pleasure to work with!
